Amazing discoveries of Dr. Emoto: The hidden messages in water.

Dr. Masaru Emoto’s extraordinary work is a remarkable demonstration and powerful insight that can change our perceptions of ourselves and the world we live in, forever.

Dr. Masary Emoto, a Japanese scientist and popular lecturer has proved that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. Dr. Emoto performed a series of experiments in 1990’s observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. Dr. Emoto invited photographers to take pictures of water after being exposed to the different variables and then frozen so that they would form crystalline structures. The results were remarkable.

As you could see from the video, the water stamped with positive words is far more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing than that stamped with dark, negative phrases or words. If you are reading this article on our website, you probably already knew that positive and negative thinking have a most important impact on our environment. If the words and thoughts that come out of us have this effect on water crystals, it’s amazing to think of what kind of effect they have on the people and events that come into our lives and moreover on ourselves.

Dr. Emoto shared his eye-opening theory in the book “The Hidden Messages in Water”. In the book he shows that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness. Emoto believes that since people are 70 per cent water, and the Earth is 70 per cent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill.

Successful Problem Solving method - Conflict Resolution.

Mind-Body philosophy embraces the idea that all illnesses surface from a root cause, which means that behind any physical illness lays a psychological reason. We see the spirit as the centre of a person’s being. For this reason, whatever conflicts and blockages resonate in the spirit may manifest itself in the physical body.

We can view the  illness as a guide, an “assistant” that helps us to answer the question “What do I need to change in my soul in order to regain health?” The science of Psychosomatics helps to answer this question by studying the correlation between emotion and illness.

According to this guideline we cannot cure disease without addressing the issues on a spiritual level. So we have to heal it in all 3 Dimensions – Mind, Body and Spirit.

The power of mind makes our reality. The negative emotions such as Anger, Resentment, Guilt, Fear or Stress that we experience can develop problems and illnesses on a physical level.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution is a problem solving process to release these emotions and memories that were experienced as problems. It is a process of letting go of the memories and releasing the “negative baggage” that we have collected throughout our life. This involves the movement of the heart and mind towards understanding, love and compassion, away from fear, anger and hate.

During the process of healing the therapist helps the patient to find the emotional blocks or key points of where his/hers energy has been stuck, and teaches how to use the Formula of Forgiveness.

When a person forgives and releases the negative information of unpleasant events, it automatically becomes deleted from the energy field. This is the reason of why patients have great improvements after Conflict Resolution sessions.

There are five important steps in Conflict Resolution.

1. Acknowledging that the problem is in you, and that you are responsible for what you are experiencing.

2. Understanding “Why is this happening to me?” and “What for?” and recognizing the cause.

3. Looking within yourself for errors or blocks in our subconscious minds that replay as problems, judgments, putdowns and all kinds of other problems.

4. “Letting go” negative memories, using the “Formula of Forgiveness”.

5. Creating a positive statement, a “new software” to reprogram yourself.

The mind transforms through forgiveness. The patient here is not only a “receiver”, but an active participant in his own healing. We can observe, that when the bitterness, grudges and resentments of the past have left us, life energy becomes much more available to us.

The Conflict Resolution method has helped many people to cure not only acute illnesses such as colds or fevers, but also cancer, leukaemia, arthritis, cystitis, constipation, herpes, insomnia, heart diseases, urino-genital diseases, visual disturbances, mood and personality disorders and many other serious diseases.

The success of the whole process of healing continuously relies on the person’s will, desire and ability to work and make peace within himself.

“There is to be peace on earth; it needs to begin individually with each one of us”.
